Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Used items can't be accepted.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds only; exchanges aren't available at this time.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- The digital 30-Day Core Plan is non-refundable once it has been accessed.
30-day guarantee
Covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage. To claim, email ecommerce.gribas@gmail.com with your order number and photos or a video of the defect.
