Our 30-day return window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Used products can't be accepted for return, for hygiene and quality reasons.
How to start a return
Email ecommerce.gribas@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send the return instructions and address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item is faulty or arrived damaged, we cover it (see the guarantee below).
Refunds
- We currently offer refunds only — exchanges aren't available yet.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Digital 30-Day Core Plan
The digital 30-Day Core Plan is non-refundable once it has been accessed.
Faulty or damaged items
Email us your order number with photos or a short video and we'll make it right under our 30-day guarantee.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
